The Caribbean way was established in 2014, growing up I spent a lot of time around my dads side of the Family, my nan would always be cooking something good the smell the flavours were special to me. Growing up in Cardiff , Wales you wouldn't see this food unless you had a Caribbean background, My Nan would make the best Stew Chicken and Sweet Potato pudding and it would be something I looked forward too every summer as I would spend my summer holidays at my nans in London. When I was 17 my dad had his own Caribbean takeaway one of the first in Cardiff my dad is well-known for his cooking and would often have a full house on a Sunday cooking for his family and friends. Growing up in Jamaica and being the oldest sibling he had to fend for himself while my Nan went out to work. I spent a lot of time in my dads takeaway helping him and learning the knowledge of Jamaican cuisine which is were I picked up my skills that I have today so I give thanks to my Dad.

The Caribbean Way started off cooking a few days a week in a local pub in Cardiff in Nov 2014 our Chef/CEO has driven this company to were it is today , we have been knocked back a few times but we never give up. We have done events in London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Newport and hope to have our brand known around the UK. We take pride in our events and the service we provide.

Our aim is to successfully cater events to make the special day or occasion stress free while gaining excellent customer satisfaction.
